COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A delicious Oatmeal Stout with just enough hops to balance the copious quantities of dark roasted malts, oatmeal for a creamy smooth drinkability, and whole vanilla beans for a rich complexity.

"It took til the end to figure out, but Iím going to give this a very slight nod over the regular Oatis (one of my favorite oatmeal stouts). The vanilla is just done so well. Obvious without being too much. The base beers still shines a little. Super smooth and tasty."

Deep flavor. Strong. Stays on your lips. Well worth it. Had in Vegas since the East Coast doesnít have it.

Poured from a bottle into a snifter. Aroma is lite vanilla and alcohol. Appearance is like old engine oil with no head. Taste is roasted coffee, chocolate, and vanilla. Palate is a tad thin with a need for additional carbonation. Overall pretty good. Cheers!

Pours a dark thick with heavy tan long-lasting head. Aroma malt, coffee, caramel, and maybe a touch of vanilla. Medium body and carbonation with smooth mouth-feel. Like someone else said, itís like a roasty cream soda. Bittersweet chocolate and long roasty finish. Very satisfying.

AROMA: Very simple here, vanilla, chocolate, and oats, but it smells really good! APPEARANCE: Pretty typical here for a stout, black, with a nice little mocha colored head that goes quickly TASTE: WOAH! This is excessively hopped with buttering hops! Besides the bitterness, the taste follows the smell exactly. If this beer wasnít so bitter it would have an immense amount of potential to be very good. PALATE: Very light, leaves your mouth dry, very uncharacteristic like of a stout OVERALL: Needs less buttering hops, just way too much for a stout, stouts are supposed to be on the sweeter side, not the bitter side
