"It took til the end to figure out, but Iím going to give this a very slight nod over the regular Oatis (one of my favorite oatmeal stouts). The vanilla is just done so well. Obvious without being too much. The base beers still shines a little. Super smooth and tasty."

2.7 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
AROMA: Very simple here, vanilla, chocolate, and oats, but it smells really good!
APPEARANCE: Pretty typical here for a stout, black, with a nice little mocha colored head that goes quickly
TASTE: WOAH! This is excessively hopped with buttering hops! Besides the bitterness, the taste follows the smell exactly. If this beer wasnít so bitter it would have an immense amount of potential to be very good.
PALATE: Very light, leaves your mouth dry, very uncharacteristic like of a stout
OVERALL: Needs less buttering hops, just way too much for a stout, stouts are supposed to be on the sweeter side, not the bitter side
