UPDATED: DEC 16, 2014 330ml bottle served in an ordinary glass. Enjoyed at the beach during a trip to Mykonos. A: Pours a pale yellow color forming a medium and bubbled white head. Good retention and a lot lacings formed and left in the glass. S: Sweet pale malts in upfront. Strong notes of flowery and citrus hops. A bit metallic. T: Slightly sweet upfront. Strong notes of pale and Pilsener malts. Crispy. Good hops bitterness for a Pilsener beer. Flowery and grassy hops profile. M: Light body and good carbonation. Crispy malts in the aftertaste. O: Great drinkability. After a couple looking for a good Greek beer, I could finally find this one. [BA Review @ 6/2/2014]

12 oz. bottle. Pours a hazed golden color with a medium white head. The head settles into a film on top of the beer. Ok lacing. Aroma of bread, herbal and grass hops. Flavor is moderately bitter, mild sweet bread and mineral notes. Medium bodied, lively carbonation. Finishes fairly crisp with a medium bitterness. Interesting.

Bottle shared in London - picked up in Athens. Pours clear, yellow-gold with a creamy, off-white head. The nose has so,e pale, lightly doughy malt, a bit of orange meringue, hay. Light sweet flavor with dry cereal, grain husk, citrus rind, light grassy bitterness. Light bodied with average carbonation. Nicely balanced to finish with more dry bread, light grains, toasted hay. Pretty solid overall.
