500 ml bottle with interesting story on a nicely designed label. Pours clear amber with nice white head that keeps well. Nice lacing. Aroma has a good balance of bready grain and more than one hops, and also citrucy and floral undertones. Tastes a good balance of sweetness and hop bitterness. A full bodied beer with medium carbonation, light texture with a crisp and interesting finish. A very good Greek pilsner from an island microbrewery. I will certainly enjoy it again at Tinos or Syros...and pair it with Greek food.

From tap at the Hoppy Pub, Thessaloniki. Clear golden color with white head. Sweet malty aroma, grainy, honey. Sweet and light bitter taste like aroma. Medium oily body with soft carbonation. Much better than the bottled version which I would rate < 2

330 ml bottle. BB 08/06/15. At the Athens Beer, Athens, Greece. Slightly cloudy golden colour with a small white head. The aroma is mild hops, malt and mild sweetness. Grassy hops, mild bitterness and malt in the flavour. Very drinkable and somewhat enjoyable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: DEC 16, 2014 330ml bottle served in an ordinary glass. Enjoyed at the beach during a trip to Mykonos. A: Pours a pale yellow color forming a medium and bubbled white head. Good retention and a lot lacings formed and left in the glass. S: Sweet pale malts in upfront. Strong notes of flowery and citrus hops. A bit metallic. T: Slightly sweet upfront. Strong notes of pale and Pilsener malts. Crispy. Good hops bitterness for a Pilsener beer. Flowery and grassy hops profile. M: Light body and good carbonation. Crispy malts in the aftertaste. O: Great drinkability. After a couple looking for a good Greek beer, I could finally find this one. [BA Review @ 6/2/2014]

Bottle. Gold with a fluffy white head. Aroma is sweet pilsner malt vaguely reminiscent of Pilsner Urquell. Taste follows and is slightly metallic, with a hint of caramel added to the biscuity malt. Medium sticky mouthfeel. Ok.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a hazed golden color with a medium white head. The head settles into a film on top of the beer. Ok lacing. Aroma of bread, herbal and grass hops. Flavor is moderately bitter, mild sweet bread and mineral notes. Medium bodied, lively carbonation. Finishes fairly crisp with a medium bitterness. Interesting.
