DrGonzo (624), Somerville, Massachusetts, USA Mar 7, 2008 Ruby brown color with a huge off-white head. Pepper and vanilla cake in the aroma, nothing too distinct. Medium weight body, peppery spicy flavor that lingers, giving way to a sticky sweetness yet eventually dry finish. Moderately heavy alcohol presence. Maybe a little bland for the style, though it could pair well a meal.
