Tom a bottle, shower beer.. Aroma is sweet malt and jalapeño. Taste is the same, not too spicy, makes me want a taco. Cool

12 oz bottle compliments of Crajun. Wonderful amber pour into a perfect pint glass. Aroma of malt and light jalapeño with a little bit of smoke. Lots of jalapeño bite upfront which lingers into a nicely heated finish. Smoke is still evident throughout. Nicely done, not overwhelming at all. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from trade with Crajun. Pours a cloudy orange-amber color with almost no head. Aroma is mostly jalapenos, a little bit of toast too. Really it smells like nachos, I feel like I’m at the ball park. Taste is just dominated by jalapenos and I kinda like it. Nothing here to balance it out at all. No heat at first but then it creeps up a few seconds after swallowing. Thin body, slightly odd, fizzy, and watery mouthfeel. Overall, I really did enjoy sipping on this even though its basically just liquid jalapenos.

The smell was absent in what was a delish looking deep red, with a darkness sitting underneath a heavily poored light tan finger and a half head. At first I am excited about a local pepper brew (I have dabbled brewing some spice beers) and the first sip gives me a smile, but then I realize I am alone on the expedition and now have to finish a heavily spiced beer that is missing a good body behind it. Needless to say I finished the fresh 12oz bottle that came straight to my glass from private sources unknow, but a little heavy on the spice and lacking on the beer. Worth drinking to support local brew. But share with a friend.

Orange in color with a small white head. Fairly spicy aroma. Kind of like jalapeno infused soda water. A bit of rubber, maybe some fruit, grass, and light bread. The flavor is spicy and jalapeno forward. Water, mild bread sweetness, and some grass. Kind of thin on the tongue.

Surprise! The smell of jalapeño peppers is dominate. Hints of biscut are also present. A hazy orange-amber with a rapidly dissapating white head and no lacing. The taste is green pepper, jalapeño pepper, with grainy notes. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Overall, while not a big fan of "pepper" beers, this one is well done - more taste than burn.

Dark orange pour with a nice white head. Good deal of lacing. Aroma is jalapeno and earthy. Taste is jalapeno, earthy, subtle caramel. Slight heat. Medium body. This is really good. The jalapeno is prevalent and it has some heat but is very drinkable.

I give this high marks because I think they pulled it off. I was expecting a gimmick beer but it works. The aroma is fresh jalapeño with a little malt. Golden color with two-finger white head. Lighter weight like a pilsner with average carbonation. The dominant flavor is jalapeño, maybe some smokiness and a little hops. There is a bit of heat at the back end but nothing like Ghost Face Killah. Good job.

Bottle.
As far as hot pepper beers go, this one hits it. Nose is smoky jalepeno, flavor follows suit. Average mouthfeel. Nice beer for what it is.
