Hefeweizen with Light body, well balanced between malt and hops. Very refreshing. Named after the boss of the house...yeah the real boss.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy golden yellow color with a foamy white head. I Romanist lots of citrus and clove with a touch of banana. Flavor also has lots of citrus which turns out to be tart in the mouth feel. Some Fruity notes on the finish.

Pours cloudy yellow with a medium sized white head. Smell hints of banana and clove with subtle citrus notes. Taste is primarily citrus, like lemon, and very subtle banana. Light bodied, smooth, prickly mouth-carbonation, No Label El Hefe finishes with a tangy, fruity kick.

I enjoyed this and would drink again unless Live Oak hefe was on the wall to choose between. Good representation of the style but lacked some flavor. Seemed a bit thin compared to Live Oak’s.

Poured a typical hazy yellow with very thin head. Inviting nose. Nice sparkle across the tongue, but also a bit thin. Decent.

Pours a surprisingly clear golden color with a white head. Nose opens up smelling more like a generic wheat beer. Some bread and straw notes and a bit of citrus peel. There is a touch of banana to it, however. The flavor is somewhat bitter for a hefeweizen. Lots of citrus peel, light banana, and some sweet bread and malt flavor. A touch of cardboard and very mild spice notes.
