3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
From bottle. Pours slightly cloudy but very light and clear for a heff. Taste is also very crisp and clear. Not as spicy or malty and very light mouthfeel and body. Not the best example if text heff but perfect for a hot Texas BBQ I'm at.

Draft 7/21/15 (BFF Asian Grill-Arlington)-Pours a hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma of banana, cloves, wheat, and bubblegum. Taste of the same. This light bodied Hefe is well balanced and is pretty tasty.

12 ounce bottle thanks to Secret Santa crajun! Hazy orange, thin fizzy white head, fair retention. Aroma of citrus, wheat and a mild bit of hay and banana. The taste is citrus, wheat, spice, yeast, green banana, toasted malt. Thin-medium bodied, refreshing. Solid beer.

Bottle courtesy of Zac. Overall a fairly straightforward hefe with yeast included. Light bitterness but maybe missing some clove/spice/banana notes typical of German offerings. Nice.

Had at a sampling at katy market days. Poured into a 4 Oz tasting cup. Aroma of sweet and yeast. Tastes comes on delicate with yeast and banana, then molds into a more pungent banana note that brings in cloves then dissapates into an intermingle of the yeast and cloves with sweetness. You have to have this one fresh, I made the mistake of getting some that was sitting for a while.

Smells like it tastes, has a little sediment at the end. Taste cloves with no aftertaste. Not my favorite.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Light yellow pour with a little haze, about a 1 finger head. Nose is soft fruit and light malt. Bittersweet. Middle is overripe bananas, little bitter...meh. Finish is more of the same. One dimensional.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
12 oz. bottle. Pours a medium, well retained white head, over a slightly hazy, yellow (SRM 3) body.......nose is light wheat, light clove, minimal banana/bubblegum, no hops, balance to the yeast.....taste is light clove, slight banana/bubblegum, notes reminiscent of ginger ale, slight hop bitterness, finishing dry......mouth feel, light body, no alcohol, high foamy carbonation. This is rather mediocre attempt at the style. It is low in aromas and flavors that are usually found and is so light as to almost be reminiscent of a Kolsch. It is not a bad beer, just not a good Hefeweizen. Perhaps a change of yeast and or fermentation temperature would help correct.6/3/10/4/6

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Clear, bubbly dark gold with a white head.
Aroma of soft bananas, bubblegum.
Taste is the same, with the bubblegum being the more pronounced.
Very tasty....just a little on the thin side, though.
