This IPA has 11 hop additions using 5 different hops. The bouquet is of strong citrus and pine with a hint of spiciness. Initial tastes will follow the bouquet with citrus and pine followed by a soothing mint at the back end. The mint is very subtle and can be noticed as the beer warms. Available Spring and Summer.

Draft. Aroma is some mint with hops. Appearance is a hazy copper with a creamy head. Taste is some hops with an over powering fresh mint flavor. Palate is lighter for an ipa. Overall, an interesting beer. Good idea blending these flavors. Would buy another pint. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottled. Nice mint aroma, not extreme but present. Taste is bitter and hoppy, tiny hints of mint I am used from chewing gum. Refreshing with a nice bitter long lasting finish.

This is a delightful IPA with all the robust character that the 11 hop varieties would suggest and a delicious crisp mint finish that is subtle but not lost. Full lingering, toffee colored head clings to this cloudy, unfiltered brew. Effervescence is balanced and doesn't void the more subtle flavors going on here. Kudos, No Label! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Smell is hoppy and caramel and piny. No noticeable mint in the smell at all. Taste is rich caramel and bitter hops again with no mint present. A bit misleading as I expected at least some mint. Not my preferred style of ipa as I like more fruity and bright and citrusy while this is more rich and caramel like with bitterness. Decent beer nonetheless.

Could smell the pine but not the mint. Taste is very bitter with mostly a pine hop flavor and a very small amount of mint flavor. Good IPA but the mint aftertaste kind of didn’t go well for me. Had to give a good score on the overall due to the unique mint flavor. First time I have seen anyone use mint in an IPA and have to admit it is interesting even though it didn’t really hit the spot for me.
