5000 (6211) - Hardened Liver, Washington, USA - OCT 24, 2013
Bottle:   Amber, faint haze and fine sediment, moderate sudsy white head, nice lacing.   Stale hop nose, slightly musty.   Rather dull hops up front, a touch of butterscotch and stale breadiness.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Slightly overcooked vegetables on the finish.   Yeah, not a fan whatsoever.   Seems broken, or overly done.   Thanks Bill!

cloudy amber, medium white head with long retention. citrus, caramel, cereal, slightly sugary, almost like they primed a secondary fermentation but it didn’t finish. light-medium bitter, light sweet. light body, slick feel, moderate carb

Clear dark amber color with ivory head. Dusty pale malt, caramel, floral hop aromas. medium body, average carbonation. Floral hop flavors with a solid pale malt base to balance--easy smooth finish----good.

mmmbeer (1235) - Austin, Texas, USA - MAR 28, 2013
12 oz. bottle served in shaker- poured a transparent light orange/yellow color with copper shading, minimal white head formed with a white ring around the glass- very minimal lacing. Aroma of faint hops and grass. Hits the mouth with a light medium body, malt wasn’t saturated in caramel, middle has a small hop cresent, finish is muted with a small amount of acidity. Reminds me of an old IPA instead of an APA.
