Bottle: Dark caramel color with a thick, creamy beige head. Lots of sticky lacing. Aroma is ripe with citrus and florals. Nice flavor profile with citrus and floral hops, not too sweet and not to citrus-fruity. Has a little herbal presence like iced tea. Flavorful.

22 oz. Bottle purchased at Fremont PCC, Seattle, Washington for $4.00. Thin off white orange hint wispy lace hint head. Slightly hazy rich deep amber color with lots of small tight fizz bubbles. Rich enticing appearance but just a touch of dull brown. Light sediment dusting. Malty rich floral mild fruit ester aromatic enticing hop front. Medium textured slightly creamy malty smooth mild sweet toasted caramel delicate fruit note tasty hint of earthy hop resin body. Nicely balanced smooth mildly spiced clean hot hint end. Malty tasty hoppy rich balanced Amber IPA. (4.0 / 5.0).

22 dec 2012, tap at their brew pub. Light gold, clear, no bubbles. Nose is Rick candy, grassy hops and grapefruit rind. Thin body and mildly fizzy. Slightly bitter but sweet grapefruit. Has some rock candy sweetness that comes out in the middle.

22oz bottle: Pours a transparent orange amber with a spotty-lacing off-white head. Has a fresh resiny hoppy nose with some lightly sweet pale malts. Starts with good fullness and light malty sweetness with good citrusy hop flavor and resiny bitterness before a drier crisp bittersweet finish. True to style and enjoyable.

moderate off white head with good retention and a coating, sticky lace.Clear, amber/copper hued brew. Nose is leafy, earthy and lightly citrusy, notes of caramel malt too. Body is medium, lil oily, lil chewy. A malt forward IPA, caramel and a not so menacing hop bill that seems to work out well. Little citrus and pine with some decent earthy notes as well. The aroma consists of hops, citrus and malt. Medium body with flavors of grapefruity hops, sweet malt and a bit of pine. The finish is hoppy with a fruity aftertaste. Above average overall.
