On tap at Winter Beer Festival. Pours and reddish-brown color with a small head on top. Aroma is a nice mixture of sweet caramel malts and citrusy hops. This beer was a nice twist on a traditional IPA with fruity flavors hitting the tongue. Not overbearing and well-pronounced just a nice hint of a touch. A tasty winter ale!

Bottle: Pours a dark copper color with a finger of creamy beige head. Long lasting head and lots of thick sheet lacing. The nose strikes a balance between a PNW fresh hop ale and barleywine. The fresh floral and spicy hops work well with a sturdy malt base. Lightly spicy finish and some lingering floral bitters. A little sweet, sticky resin too. Kinda like a toned down Arrogant Bastard with an emphasis on the spicy/herbal hops. Enjoyable.

Beautiful Amber brown color. Frothy white head. Big pine hoppy nose with big malt character. Definitely reminds me a bit of Celebration ale. Nice big malt backbone with agressive hoppiness with pine and chocolate poking through. Balqnced, a touch sweet, but very approachable. Decent hoppy finish.
