Poured a clear amber with a white head that quickly disappeared. Almost no aroma other than the mildest grassy notes. Light cereal flavour with faint hops. Unbalanced bitterness on the palate.

Bottle. Hazy golden amber with an off white foam. Aromas are lIght toffee with dusty yeast and hints of apple. Earthy with green apple tartness. Flavours are light malts with low lemon and apple Not a great deal going on.

Cask, half at New Oxford Salford. Clear copper coloured body, no head, fragile lacing to the glassware. Smell of leafy hops. Juicy malty taste with a touch of apples. Rounded bittersweet ending. Average (Greater Manchester, 22.01.2013).

Bottle. Aroma of Chardonnay, edgy yeast, hints of flowers. Good-looking, well-conditioned gold beer with a high bloom of suds. Earthy and chocolate lime flavoured; hints of rauch. Soft condition. Good.

Clear medium yellow amber colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white - off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, toffee, light hoppy, fruity. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, dusty malt, caramel, light hoppy, thin, citrus notes. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft to flat.

Bottled. Amber colour, small head. Aroma is bready and wooden with some mild floral notes as well. Flavour is wood, fruits, some sweetish malty notes. Also some mild berries.

Bottle. Cloudy bronze beer with a strongish head. The aroma is toffee and hopped, and the flavour is bitter, hopped and toffee. Overall a reasonable and very drinkable bitter.
