From the bottle, orange/gold pour with a white head. Some yeasty floaters can be seen. Aroma of citrus and earthy hops. Taste is similar and damn good stuff.

Growler. Pours with a hazed orange hued body with a white head. Aromas are malty, grainy, tea, spicy, herbaceous, weed, dankness and resin. Pungent hops. Flavors show low bitterness, grainy, malty, tea, medium sweet, resin, orange and zest. Medium to full carbonation. Tastes a bit watery.

Tap at Noble. Pours a cloudy golden orange with medium white head. Aroma is citrus, slight mild dank notes, zucchini bread. Taste is maltier than I would like but has a little bitterness as it finishes. Definitely some citrus and slight stone fruit going on. Descent IPA but nothing special.

Pours a bright orange color. This is a big peppery IPA. Very spicy with a bitterness that lingers a bit quite different from Breakaway or their regular IPA.

Clear orange pour with a white head. Citrus and pine hops on the nose, but a slightly underattenuated malt profile. Light grass, some floral notes, and a nice bread note. The flavor is a little bread forward for an IPA, but decent citrus, some pine, floral hops, and a touch of grass. Not quite what I’d expect from a west coast IPA.

Poured up on tap at GABF 2012 with a crystal clear looking gold body supporting an off white head. The aroma offers up a big inviting mix of aromatics that include mango tropical fruit and malt sweetened grapefruit like citrus. Nice. The taste is pleasing with a firm level of grapefruit hop bitterness and what seems like a dash of malt sweetened mango tropical fruitiness here and there as well. There is a hop resin bitterness that helps dry this out a tad into the finish. This is a delicious robust IPA.

UPDATED: FEB 13, 2013 On tap at the brewery. Gold color looks un filtered cloudy very nice glass lacing. Very citrucy hoppy orange lemon flavor with some breadyness. Nice bitterness upfront that hangs in there for a while, taste very fresh and good. One of the better ipa I?ve had.

Sample at GABF 10/13/2012, thanks to Bluemeow76 for assistance with note-taking. Clear orange color with a medium white head and strings of lace. Floral hops and malt in the nose. Medium body with flavors of hops, citrus and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a grassy hops aftertaste. Decent overall.
