COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Citra is our first choice for our new Double IPA series that showcases our favorite hop varieties, one by one, with each consecutive release. This hop bursts with juicy layers of mango, lemongrass, and grapefruit. Look forward to many upcoming releases within this series of single hopped Double IPAs.

Appearance was clear orangish gold with creamy white diminishing 1 finger head, spotty lacing. Aromas are soft pineapple, lemon, grapefruit, mango with soft biscuit malts, hints of alcohol. Taste are lemon, grapefruit, juicy pineapple and mango upfront with meaty biscuit malt middle. Soft pine resin and alcoholic finish. Overall an outstanding DIPA, try it.

Draught @ Festival of Dankness, San Diego, CA. Pours a clear golden colour with a small foamy head. Aroma of juicy citrusy fruitiness, herbs and some mild biscuit notes. Flavour of heavy juicy Citra hoppiness, very little sweetness, pine and orange pith. Medium bodied and a juicy, dry, bitter finish. It’s all Citra. No malts, no alcohol (right), just Citra hops. Liquified.

Picked up by a buddy in California and flown back to Dallas. Drank two days after the beer was bottled. Yellow pour with a white head. The aroma is great with some strong resin and orange notes. The flavor is also super hoppy. I get some big Citra-hop notes with the pine, mango and oranges really coming through strongly. There is also a bit of biscuit malt and a low to medium bitterness. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Great IIPA that I was happy to drink super fresh.
