Draft @ the brewery. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty chocolate spicy chili aroma. Roasted malty chocolate and spicy hot chili flavor. Has a roasted malty chocolate and spicy chili finish.

I like the fact that Knight Changer plays well with many flavor combinations. That being said, both the curry aroma and the big pepper bite in the flavor were too much for me. A taster was more than enough for me to know that I would burn my tongue on Morita peppers.

Black in color with a small tan head. Roasted malt, huge licorice, and burnt sugar on the nose. A hint of chili and curry, but mostly licorice. There’s a light malt sweetness to it. Light bitterness to the flavor along with some curry, chili pepper, and plenty of roasted malt. Tons of licorice, some burnt sugar, and a hint of molasses.
