Floral hops with some grass coming through on the nose. Deep copper color with a two finger foam top. Nice balance of malt and bitter hops. The two work well with each other, leading up to a subtle boozey finish. Carbonation is noticeable with a medium body. Overall, a standard IPA with a nice balance of malt, hops and alcohol. I’d give this a B rating.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a medium amber with minimal head. Aroma is slight dankness, citrus, and some light dry hops. Taste is slight citrus, hop bitterness that isn’t under or over powering. Overall, this was descent but just a middle of the road IPA.

Appearance was clear amber brown with creamy off white diminishing 2 finger head, spotty lacing. Aromas where citrusy piney slight grassy hops with no alcohol present, mild malts. Taste was close to the nose with hops of lemons. pine, grapefriut and then slight sweetness of malts. Palate was creamy carbonation with medium body, little thin for IPA. The finish was slightly astringant with average length IPA west coast bite of a finish. Good Effort Noble...

Cloudy copper with decent lacing. Aroma is grapefruit, pine, grass, and caramel malts. Flavor is very bitter and a bit astringent. Finish is super dry and bitter. Just decent.

Bottle; poured an orange-amber with an off white, frothy head. Aroma of citrus, fruit, caramel, earth, pine and lemon. Aroma was very good, flavor was a few pegs below. Earthy, with a malty stickiness. After taste was not all that welcomed. A bit dry; alcohol well hidden. Just ok.

6 Oct 2011, tap at the brewery. orange/yellow, faintly cloudy, some steady bubbles.candied pink grapefruit hops, bubble gum in front, dried grass at the end. med body and a tad fizzy. pink grapefruit juice w/ sugar and w/out the bitter bite. pretty decent.

22 oz. bottle shared by dbsdelight- thanks again, Dan! Pours a cloudy orange color with a huge off-white head. Aroma of spicy hops, pepper, grains, straw, fresh-cut grass, and sweet bread. Flavor of grassy hops, pale malts, dry grains, wheat, citrus, and pine resin. Light-medium bodied, with medium carbonation and a sticky mouthfeel. Nice.

Tasted 6/28/11. 22oz bomber. Pours hazy with an orange amber hue. Two fingers of dense head. Aromas of citrus and green grapes. Honey and slightly vegetal. An astringent nose. Medium to full bodied with a very green, raw palate. Bitter, piney and sticky body. Flavors of fresh green hops, orange rinds and other bitter fruits. Very bitter and very nicely done!

Pours golden and cloudy with a medium white head. Aroma is citrus hops, grapefruit and pine. Flavor is hops and pine with a bitter finish. Light carbonation and light bodied.

Bottle. Golden-orange colour with an off-white head. Aroma is hop, pine, peach, pine. Flavour is hop, pine, citrus, malt, peches. Full bodied nice beer.
