3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap. Pours with a completely clear straw yellow hue with a white head that fades. Aromas are strongly peppery, a bit vegital. I’ve never really loved the aroma of raw serranos, but it seems to work decently in the beer. Past the pepper there are some bready notes, a touch of hop grassiness. Flavors are spicy, but not oppressive in the slightest. Bready malt sweetness, grainy. Lots of green pepper, low hop. Medium carbonation, and dry. Not a bad pepper beer, but often I feel they are a bit gimmicky.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Taster at Nobles Anniversary Party. Pours a clear golden with big white head just like the base beer. Aroma is very chili pepper forward with great fruity notes of a freshly picked raw pepper. Taste is not overly spicy but the fruit lends itself very well to the Czech pils roots. The pepper heat comes on mildly about 3/4 of the way through the taste. Not hard to drink and a very nice try at a chili beer.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Clear golden straw with a white head. Strong chili pepper aroma, floral hops, and anime fruity note. Subtle malt sweetness and a hint of yeast. Green and fresh pepper flavor. Good sweetness on the background, floral hops, and some yeast. Moderate spice that lingers just a bit on the finish. Nice fruit qualities and a hint of earth.
