Taster followed by a half pour at Noble. Pours a moderately clear golden with medium sized head. Aroma is peach and nectarine, some pine and hay or bread. Taste is more stone fruit with a moderate peach flavor. Bitter to the end but nothing too off putting. Overall, it was nice for a "triple" IPA but the booze comes though and it wasn’t as nice as it warmed.

This is the type of triple IPA that I like. Not a muddle of a bazillion hops to create bitterness, just one powerful, fruity hop that is hanging on a strong Triple. Just a well balanced portrait of the mosaic hop.

Clear orange pour with a white head. Nice fruity hop aroma of pineapple, grapefruit, peach, and mango. There’s a slight malt sweetness, some floral notes, and a nice pine character. Great fruit flavor of pineapple, grapefruit, mango, and peaches. Nice floral notes, subtle pine, sweet caramel malt, and a subtle bitterness on the finish.
