COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Standard is the cider that Noble is known for. We use fresh-pressed apple juice from six different varieties of apples local to WNC. We ferment the juice to dry and add a touch of sweetness back in. The result is a 7.5% ABV cider thatís crisp, tart, lightly effervescent, and just sweet enough for a balanced, long finish. Noble Ciderís Standard Bearer is easy-drinking by itself or with a good meal. Itís the perfect cider for just about anything! Naturally gluten-free. Noble Cider is a great alternative to beer when you want to throw one back with your buds. Itís perfect for anyone with gluten sensitivities.

Draft at Wedge during RBWG. Pours a clear amber color with a few random bubbles. The aroma and flavor have sweet golden apples, some tart green apples, hints of skins and wood, some additional honey like sweetness.

Golden color with no head. Aroma of apples duh. Some sour apples going on. Its way better than typical cider. I like it. This one is for Jessica.

Draft to taster. Looks solid; very light though. A completely transparent very light gold with thin white head that steadily dissipates into lacing. Smells and tastes mildly tart and appley with a light, dry mouthfeel. Not bad, but could have a stronger apple presence.

Taster on tap at Wedge during RBWG. Clear pale yellow color. Minimal head. Good, crisp yellow apple aroma. More dry finish. Medium plus body. Good light sweet taste, moderate tart. Very solid, smooth, easy drinking bigger bodied cider. Good yellow apple peel taste.
