Nothing like a pint 3 seconds after the pub opens. And I’m listening to Nyet Nyet Soviet - I had this song in Powerplay 80 on K-tel records. Caramel, apricots, smells thick. My nose is a bit stiffed up so I’m missing out on the finer qualities. Lime, citrus. It’s got pretty good that - very robust. Huge zing to this and a heavy spice level. Sweet caramel, peachy, pepperish, chewy. I dig but I don’t think this is a multiple all night drinker. Red apple skin. Solid malty after taste with fruity lingerings.

UPDATED: FEB 9, 2013 Draft - Floral sweet orange hops. Thick of white head and clear dark copper. Hops stand out with the orange and pine dominating followed by some sweetness to round out and an appropriate amount of bitterness. All the ingredients are there, but for some reason aren’t in harmony as they should be. I like it for a local brew, but it is just missing something.

Tap@Noble Pig brewhouse, Kamloops, Canada. Vibrant amber coloured beer with a strong head. The aroma is pretty well hopped, and the flavour is very well hopped with floralness. Overall a good well flavoured hopped and dry IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pint on tap at the brewhouse pours a pale amber color with a finger of white head that leaves some thin spotty lacing on the glass. Mild citrusy hop aroma with hints of caramel. Taste is a bold citrusy hop bitterness with a nice malty sweet balance. Light to medium body with moderate carbonation. A rather enjoyable IPA which is pleasing to the tastebuds.

Overall I thought it was a well crafted and clean IPA, for me personal I would had enjoyed a bit more hop aromas, but it was very well balances

Sample glass. Dark amber almost copper. Quiet scent for IBUs. Brittish in balance but hops do pick up nicely from front to back. Very drinkable.
