2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 ccex (826) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - APR 3, 2013
12 oz bottle pours a clear copper/brown color with quickly vanishing white head but some lacing. Aroma is caramel, cardboard, apple, and vegetables. Average carbonation and a taste that is neither bitter nor sweet. Body is thin. Unfortunately, there is a somewhat mettalic finish. Below average and worse than Dos Equis Amber/Dark..
2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20 burg326 (2391) - Florida, USA - MAR 16, 2013
12 ounce botle poured a light cloudy brown color with aromas of toffee, bread, earth and a touch of caedboard. Flavors are the same, light grassy hops, meh.
1.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 6/20 SergioSandoval (4) - México City, MEXICO - MAR 1, 2013 does not count
Paladar casi nulo.

Bottle found while housesitting. Tastes like B-rated Negra Modelo...notes of acidic citrus, caramel. Very watery, but not bad when very cold.

Medium brown and murky. Not much of an aroma, but some caramel and apple. Sweet fruit, rather metallic.

330, capped and foiled. Thanks a! Pours a clear dark brown with a scant tan head. Tart and tangy nose of aluminum, artichokes, and marinara sauce. Watery medium body. Mid palate also tastes like aluminum, artichokes, and marinara sauce, except roasty. Not so good.

The pour is amber with a thin white head that doesn’t leave lacing. The aroma is light and unmemorable. The taste is quite clean and crisp with just a touch of a hop bite in the end. Drinkable.

Bottle. Clear and light brown in color. Nice off white head. Nice lace. Aroma is really malty. Taste is bread. Molasses after-taste. Kind of watery.

2011 vintage. The beer pours a clear amber color with a few bubbles but no real head. The aroma is pretty much non-existent but I do get a little something that resembles cardboard. The flavor is also faint. I get some light grass and earth, as well as a hint of toffee. Not much going on here.
2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20 Pershing (375) - Garland, Texas, USA - DEC 28, 2012
Medium amber with a fizzy quickly dissolving head. Not much visual carbonation at all. Aroma of sweet malt. Thin spritzy mouthfeel that is somewhat dry. One of the better Mexican Imports but well below the style.
