3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draft at Vintner. Pours out a yellowish color with a white head on it. Smell is very fruity and hoppy with a little bit of the spices that are found in most all white ales. Taste is smooth and pretty bitter, very easy to drink. Loads of citrus flavors and light body full of carbonation. Pretty good beer really.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Sampled at the 2012 American Craft Beer Festival. A good amount of the wit beer flavors in addition to the hops. Interesting beer.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draught. Looks every bit a wit. Not much of a head. Centennial is strongly present in flavor and aroma. The
grain is as well. The spices are way stronger than any wit I have had. It smells like a good pinesol. Quite bitter spicy back on a soapy start. Really pretty weird but good.
