COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Ready for a warm weather, easy drinking beer but not ready to give up your Hops? Well now you don’t have to. Ghost Hop has the grain bill of an IPA, minus the color, and the hops of a true Northwestern IPA, all delicately fermented with Belgian Wit yeast. It is an American IPA-Belgian love child! It has the light body and drinkability of a Belgian Wit with the Citrus & Pine flavors from the Amarillo and Centennial hops.

Draft at Vintner. Pours out a yellowish color with a white head on it. Smell is very fruity and hoppy with a little bit of the spices that are found in most all white ales. Taste is smooth and pretty bitter, very easy to drink. Loads of citrus flavors and light body full of carbonation. Pretty good beer really.

Draft at the source. Hazybpale yellow color, small white edge head. Aroma of lemon and orange peel, light spice. Taste is banana, citrus, white bread. Not bad.

Sampled at the 2012 American Craft Beer Festival. A good amount of the wit beer flavors in addition to the hops. Interesting beer.

Draught. Looks every bit a wit. Not much of a head. Centennial is strongly present in flavor and aroma. The grain is as well. The spices are way stronger than any wit I have had. It smells like a good pinesol. Quite bitter spicy back on a soapy start. Really pretty weird but good.
