3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
From can thanks to mphillipsdesign. Pours a medium golden amber hue with good sized head and great lacing. Aroma of strong citrus hops, grapefruit, and some lightly sweet malt, with hints of pine. Light to medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Moderate carbonation. Taste is similar to smell, very hop forward with a good malt backbone to balance it out. Not too bitter for being so hoppy and great citrus notes. Finish is smooth with some hop bitterness lasting in the palate. Top 5 IPAs, arguably top 3!

16 oz can pour, shared by Nick. Much thanks! Pours a fizzy orange color with a short bubbly head. Nice bready aroma with a good hop presence. Nice slightly bitter hop flavor with hints of orange. Love the hop filled flavor. Solid IPA for sure. Good stuff.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
16 oz. can. Poured orange with white head. Strong citrus flavor, finishes with pine resin. Solid stuff. Liked it much more than their Jam Session. Not a fan of can art on these beers.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Hazy golden color with slight white head. Aroma is very nice, sweet with malts and citrus. Taste is DANK, pine with good malt back bone. Has an interesting after-taste that is grassy and almost celery like. Very good, but not what I was expecting.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Can... Pours clear and golden with a tiny, brief, white head. The aroma is a marriage of juicy tropical fruits and melons with a touch of muskiness. Bordering on full-bodied with lazy carbonation. The flavor is as bitter as Hell. Even when the beer hits room temperature and all residual sugar surfaces and a restrained element of biscuity sweetness makes a brief appearance, this baby is still heavily bitter. Lengthy, astringent, bitter finish. Can courtesy of newcigarz!

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap at the brewery. Amberish pour. Bready, mild resin, grapefruit rind, moderately malty. Honestly, I was disappointed given the expectations and popularity. Distinctly average.

16 oz can in trade with emacgee. Nose is grassy citrus grapefruit. Tastes of the same with some tongue caking bitterness that never ends. Malts are light and a little stale. Interesting ipa but I’m not impressed.
