COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hop, Drop n Roll IPA For us this is where it all started! The rich golden color comes from a blend of English and American base malts accented with substantial amounts of Victory and Wheat malt. The American citrus hops take center stage with emphasis on late boil additions of Citra and Amarillo. This signature ale is hopped before, during, and after the boil!

From can thanks to mphillipsdesign. Pours a medium golden amber hue with good sized head and great lacing. Aroma of strong citrus hops, grapefruit, and some lightly sweet malt, with hints of pine. Light to medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Moderate carbonation. Taste is similar to smell, very hop forward with a good malt backbone to balance it out. Not too bitter for being so hoppy and great citrus notes. Finish is smooth with some hop bitterness lasting in the palate. Top 5 IPAs, arguably top 3! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft from the source. Pours a hazy orange with medium head and tenacious lacing. Aroma is citrus and tropical fruits up front with dank hemp-like aroma, pine resin, . Taste is grapefruit, lemon zest, orange oils, hop perfection. A welcome bitterness with dusty and Earth notes. NoDa killed this, a worthy beer for all beer lovers to sample at least once.

Serving: Can. It pours a hazy amber color with a small white head. The nose leaps out at you with tons of hops. Lots of citrus and lighter floral notes. There is a touch of malt sweetness that is quickly drowned out by all the hoppy goodness. Fairly light body with a dry finish. I could drink a ton of this.

Picked up a 4 pack of cans while going through NC. I wanted a local brewer and the employee at the market recommended this. NOT DISAPPOINTED. Pours clear amber w 1 finger head. Hop aroma and flavor are powerful and continue to linger around. Finishes clean. Great IPA for hop heads.

Beautiful reddish orange with fluffy white head. Pine, citrus, metallic, Amarillo and Citra, oh boy! Very bitter at the back end. Hops are the showcase, with the malt bill playing a distant second fiddle.

Can. Pours hazy gold, thin rocky head and lots of lacing. Aroma is initially bright and piney, but theres a bit of wood resin in there as well. The combined effect is like a freshly sawn pine board. Some eathy dust in the back. Flavor is initially bready, quickly rising to a big piney/hemp peak, then quietly backing off with lots of strong bitterness, green grass, and a touch of alcohol (grain vodka) at the very end. Body is refreshing and no oily as too many of these are these days. Quite reserved, complex, and original. Very nice version of a style Id started to give-up on.

16oz can into a pint glass. Pours a hazy deep, dark gold with a one finger thick white head. Really good staying power for the head with decent lacing as well. Aroma just explodes with tropical fruit in a huge way. You can tell right away this is one serious IPA and it is everything you would expect in the style. The flavor doesnt disappoint either. Loads of tropical fruit that was present in the aroma along with a decent touch of pine as well. High bitterness that lingers for a long time after the rest of the flavors fade. Just a little sweetness. Overall, a truly outstanding IPA and one of the better ones out there. Can be hard to find but it is available in the Asheville area so you can find it beyond Charlotte. Ill need to stock up next time I make a trip over the mountains.

Hops!!! Wow this IPA is in your face and unapologetic. Great hop profile with a solid malt backbone. The Citra, Centennial, Warrior and Chinook all come through with a harmonious resiny blend. The nose is hoppy citrus and resin through and through making way for the in your face taste that makes you want to come back for more. Great IPA.

Well this is strong hoppy IPA, extra herbal and resiny on the nose and in the taste. Some maltiness but not enough to balance the bitter hoppiness. Not very palatable in my opinion, although very "organic" tasting. Pours an orange copper color, average carbonation and medium bodied. Objectively, I can see the uniqueness of this brew, but subjectively I will not be drinking this again.
