COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hop, Drop Ďn Rollô IPA For us this is where it all started! The rich golden color comes from a blend of English and American base malts accented with substantial amounts of Victory and Wheat malt. The American citrus hops take center stage with emphasis on late boil additions of Citra and Amarillo. This signature ale is hopped before, during, and after the boil!

Really tasty. Didnít win gold medal for nothing. Pours a nice orange color with minimal head but nice lacing. Nose is tons of hops- floral and melon and pine. The tropical flavors come through on the palate first- mango, passionfruit followed by a satisfying wander through a pine forest. Some dankness and acidity thrown in for good measure. Almost like all the flavours of a west coast IPA in one drink- layered and complex. Malty backbone to stand up to it all- drinks smoothly even at 80 IBU. Really well done.

Can. I kinda quit rating, being in the industry has changed my perspective. However, this is an excellent example of an American (West Coast) IPA. Piney, citrus, grassy, everything you want. I wish I could find these guys in Cincy.

Draft at CLT airport. Golden orange and moderately frothy. Nice tart aroma followed by a downright citric-acidic amusement park ride for your tongue. Quite nice. (#6190, 5/14/2016)

Stumbled on during a layover in Charlotte. Can poured to shaker. Honey gold in the glass. Fluffy white head held up. Nose is all about the hop resin. Big sock in the tongue of an IPA. Grapefruit, pine, really well balanced and the hop board is ridiculously complex. Thanks for making my layover enjoyable.

High class hop bomb. Medium bodied with fluffy pillowy head. Big juicy hop upfront with explosive citrus and resin lingering from the dry hopping. Pretty bitter finish but extremely full flavored. Great fresh one!

Tap at Charlotte airport, NC. (rated while having a cold, such a shame for a beer this good but hey, I have a layover in NC and you donít skip trying a beer like this under any circumstances). Pours slightly hazy straw, creamy white head, prominent lacing. Aroma is lots of lemon drop, big citrus, bit of tangerine, mild spot of grapefruit and dankness I notice if look for it. nice malt backbone. Flavor is lemon, citrus, grapefruity, ooh, floral and lots of pine, solid hop bite, but also a decent malt backbone. Good mouthfeel, kinda soft, a bit dry. It reminds me of two hearted. Itís a well-balanced citrusy ipa. Itís not a big tropical fruit punch or a West coast ipa, but it is damn balanced.

Alcohol is still pretty high at 7.2%, but this beer has everything you want in an IPA. Citrus, pine, light malt, and a lingering hop bitterness. A winner.

Cloudy pour, somewhere between yellow and orange with a huge foamy head. Aroma is full of citrus with a slight bite to it. Kind of floral as well with hints of very overripe fruit. Taste is incredibly juicy. Full of citrus and passion fruit. Insanely balanced, which makes it so drinkable. No alcohol detectable. Medium bodied.

16oz can from Busick! Much thanks bro! Pours out a darker Amber color with a small foamy white head. Aroma of citrus rind, caramel malts, light grapefruit pulp, and pine. Taste is much the same, with a dry grassy finish. Solid

Pint can from the brewery. Citrus aromas, grapefruit, orange rind. Clear orange with a mostly lasting off-white head. Dry, hops dominate, pretty bitter, light caramel flavor. Medium bodied.
