COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This Belgian pale ale utilizes traditional Belgian malts and European hops. Belgian yeast brings flavors of apple, banana, vanilla and grapes naturally through its fermentation and accented with seeds of paradise. This blend is an intriguing palate pleaser.

Very fruity Belgian style beer that pours a very foamy yellow raisin colored. A delicious ale that’s toasts Belgium!

This was my first NoDa beer and I was surprised to find it was such a strong example of the style. It is definitely a great Belgian beer.

A golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, nice fruity malt with light coriander and orange pulp. In mouth, a classic belgian ale with sweet fruity malt, curacao, oily mouthfeel, not bad.

Draught. Pours a hazy light brown color with a smallish white head on it. Nose is quite light and very slightly sweet with just a bit of fruit in it. Taste is slightly sweet, but a tad heavy. Not a huge fan.

Sampled at the 2012 American Craft Beer Festival. Pretty hoppy for a Belgian style beer. This goes well with the other elements.
