Pours clear gold with a medium white head. Aroma has light ginger and notable lemingrass...ginger is not overbearing. Flavor is lager forward with subtle ginger...not getting the lemongrass here. Mouthfeel is full and lively with a slightly sweet mild ginger finish.

Draught at brewpub. Light. No real hop presence. Didn’t get lemon grass or ginger at all.

Draft at Nodding Head. A: Very clear, yellow. Thin white head with lots of carbonation. Aroma of ginger and lemongrass. Very ginger flavor - can get to be overpowering. This is definitely a beer you linger over. Ginger flavor lingers, but somewhat a thin finish. Felt like I was drinking lemongrass soup beer - with a lot of ginger.

From notes: draught at the brewpub. Poured pale amber, with a small white head. Light, citrusy aroma, with a touch of ginger mixed in. Body is light and smooth, slightly fizzy. Nice lemony taste, with a light grassy note. A pleasing bite from the ginger shows in the finish. One of the best names for a beer you’ll ever find...

(Draught) Pours a clear yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of lemon, grain, ginger, soap, and grass. Flavor of grain, lemon, bread, orange, and ginger with a dry, bitter finish.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear gold with standard white head. Aroma has loads of ginger and is spicy but also a bit soapy. Tastes like those ginger chew candies. Spicy ginger finish with a light body. Prickly carbonation. The ginger can get overwhelming, but there’s some non-US chewable ginger candy that this tastes exactly like.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, slight spiced and herbal. Bitter and dry. Simple and with a small fruity note.

On tap, at brewery. Pours a clear pale yellow with a minimal white head. Nice light spice on the nose with a little lemongrass, but a fairly prominant and distinct ginger note. Light and airy flavor with gentle spicing, very easy drinking. Lingering lemongrass and and prickly ginger finish. Light bodied with nice fizzy carbonation, rather champagne like. I thought this was pretty nice for such a light beer.

On tap at the brewpub with jredmond, streets, and Brendan. Tons of Ginger tang. I bet this would be great with sushi.
