Feb 16, 2007 It seems like this brewery uses the same hops for every beer they brew that’s a pale ale or ipa, and they just change how much they use. By this i mean it tastes like a richer BPA. it’s definitely a characteristic flavor. Cheesy, fart, slightly citrusy, and soapy hops. Lots of bitterness. It’s seems like a lot of these beers cross over as if the residue of one is left in the tank of another.
