Tap, pours a vibrant orange-yellow. Aroma and flavor are very bright, though I think it misses the mark of a saison. Flavor is quite bland, and sickly-sweet. DOn’t think I will try this one again.

Multiple samples, GABF 2006. Body is light amber. Aroma is lightly malty (grain, cereal), with notes of plastic and butter. Flavor is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, lightly to moderately bitter, unclean. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Best not to say too much. If you’ve had their Berliner weisse, you can probably guess what you’re in for with this one.

GABF 06. Slighty hazy light orange. Aroma is hoppy and lightly earthy and tart citrus. Taste is lightly earthy up front getting a bit more bitter and dry near the finish.
