COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Winner of the Small Brewers Fest 2000 "Best In Show". Conceived in the heart of the Noe Valley of San Francisco, this beer was brought to fruition by Robert Krohn and Matthew Pryor. It is a classic example of a Bavarian Hefeweizen, with a banana and clove aroma. Crafted from Red Winter Wheat and barley malts.

Perfect southern German foam, color and presentation with a full aroma of yeast, citrus and banana hints. The taste is full and refreshing with a crisp, clean finish.
