India Saison is the hoppy, crisp and refreshing result of a north south collaboration. Classic Belgian malts and yeast, pungent Australian new hop varieties and clean Norwegian water. Served chilled and enjoy with cheeses and charcuterie. This product is bottle conditioned and has a slight sediment at the bottom of the bottle.

500ml bottle from Premier Gourmet in Buffalo, New York. Golden yellow with a large and long lasting white head, excellent lacing. The aroma is of hops, citrus, some coriander and other spice, bready. The flavour is of spices, citrus hops, pale malts, peppery, some yeast. Bitter mouthfeel, medium body, high carbonation. Finishes nicely bitter, lingering. A nice saison. Faily bitter, not overely spicy.

10/4/2011 7:51:30 AM Bottle from Bierkoning. Bright orange body with puffy head. Nose is hoppy and fruity with plenty of citrus. Taste also lots of citrus and bitter finish. Quite an interesting blend, that I liked but perhaps too much citrus for me.

Bottle... Pours cloudy and golden with a large, fluffy, white head. The aromatics are citrusy and fruity with a note of pear and a hint of spice. Full-bodied with dancing carbonation. The flavor is tangy, fruity and bready with a moderate level of crusty bitterness. Dry, medium-bitter finish.

330 ml bottle. Cloudy gold body topped by a thick and lasting white head. Aromas of barnyard funk, lemon, flowers and pepper. Taste is sharply bitter overlaid with funky Belgian yeast flavours with citrus and spice poking through. Fairly clean finish with a mildly spicy aftertaste. Great food beer.

Very nice. Deep yellow with a huge white head and medium carbonation. Fresh floral aroma with white wine and citrus. Flavor is a bit sour grassy with citrus yeast and bitter hops. Lingering bitter hops in the very dry after taste. Quite delicious easy to drink ale.

Rating #1157 06.07.2014 - Beer seminar at Coop MacTaggart. Pours a hazy straw colour with a frothy white head and lots of lace. Aroma is of farmhouse yeast, pepper, citrus, soft fruits - Clean mouthfeel, medium carbonation, mild alcohol warmth. Taste is a crisp sweetness, tempered with herbal notes, mild pepperiness, mild sourness from the yeast. Great saison. Unreal aroma and depth of character.
