COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
India Saison is the hoppy, crisp and refreshing result of a north south collaboration. Classic Belgian malts and yeast, pungent Australian new hop varieties and clean Norwegian water. Served chilled and enjoy with cheeses and charcuterie. This product is bottle conditioned and has a slight sediment at the bottom of the bottle.

500 ml bottle. Lovely aroma, but not too heavy. Nice flavour of sweetness, bitterness and some fruit. Lovely-looking, and a tasty big foam.

Bottle 0,5l. Large white head and lively carbonation. Aroma: Get out of town! Lemongrass, citrus and a little acidic. Taste of lemongrass, citrus, wheat and lemon. A little acidic. Great beer with a few a few unforseen suprises. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: NOV 10, 2012 Bit explosive, but still poured a nice hazy orange body and big stable soapy white head. Bottle sais to have it with cheese and charcuterie and I did exactly that. Fresh aroma, orange and citrus, barnyard yeast and a light malty base to support it. Dry palate, heavy but very pleasant carbonation. Good amount of bitterness, very rich flavours. Wow! So non-Belgians can also make amazing saisons? A revelation. And, quite bizar, tasted in Paris... Great brew, quality and interesting. (Bottle at Brewberry)

0,5l bottle. Pours hazy pale golden with a awesome head. The aroma from this beer is so awesome, fresh hops and blegian yeast in perfect matrimony. The same goes for the flavors. One of my top 10 favorites!

Sample at Stocholm Beer & Wiskey Festival 2012. I love saisons, in this beer i’ll expect something more sourness. fresh hops cover the saison experience.

Draft at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2012. Pours a mildly hazy yellow with a fine, white foam head. Dry yeast and light grass on the nose. Medium sweet flavor, light tangy and zesty lemon, fine grass, yeast. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Dry to finish with a good bit of sun-kissed, grassy hops, pale malts. Overall very nice. Well balanced and super crisp.
