India Saison is the hoppy, crisp and refreshing result of a north south collaboration. Classic Belgian malts and yeast, pungent Australian new hop varieties and clean Norwegian water. Served chilled and enjoy with cheeses and charcuterie. This product is bottle conditioned and has a slight sediment at the bottom of the bottle.

500ml bottle from WInooski Beverage. Partly hazy light orange with a huge white head that eventually settles down Interesting combination of citrus, light funk and farmhouse, some honey, some malt and a hint of lemon. Moderate body, initially high carbonation which eventually settles down, somewhat sweet, definite citrus and light other fruit, becomes very dry and quite bitter towards the end. Very tasty and worth trying.

Bottle from Stirchley Wines, Birmingham. Pours a beautiful light amber, with a big dollop of white fluff. Smells as dry as a bone, with some white wine qualities. It’s marvellous. Super dry as it enters your mouth, with a hint of funk; then the hops emerge: super bitter, but lightly crisp. There is a bit of Belgian yeast on the finish too. An excellent experiment, which is flavoursome and refreshing.

Translucent orange with a big pillowy off white head Aroma is very fruity. Yeasty esters and tropical hop notes Flavor is very interesting. Belgian malt and yeast early transitioning to fruity hop bite in the finish. Dry and nice. Excellent.

Nice bottle, Served cool, poured hazy light orange with a lot of foam. Fantastic nose of an IPA plus great flavours of a ctrus fruit beer or belgian witbier. Powerful and refreshing nice beer. Lovely

Bottled. Hazy pale golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is floral hops along with some mild farmyard, earth and spices. Flavour is sweet fruity and floral notes with some mild earth, spices and quite herbal notes as well. Also some mild yeastyness as well as citrusy notes. Quite balanced and tasty. good IPA meets Saison.

Aroma is stunningly fruity and fresh: citrus and excotic fruits like mango, pineapple. And this through a really thick, creamy white head. This beer looks and smells like someone had just made it. Inviting. Taste is bit sour and sweet and finish bitter. Same elements as aroma but malt is there also..bread and caramel. Creamy with soft carbonation. Overall...I’m in love.

Slightly hazy yellow color, huge cloudy white head, lace. Flowery citrus, mango, spicey (white pepper) aroma. Medium-bodied. Citrus, very hoppy, apricot fruity, white peppery and Saison yeasty. Strong bitterness in the aftertaste. Yes, certainly combination of citrusy Australian hops and evident Saison yeast.

Draft at Blue Dog. This poured golden, hazy, with white head. The nose was heavy tropical fruit, black pepper, yeasty funky malt. Tasted yeasty, funky, with a heavy hop flavor and pineapple, tangerine, and black pepper. Like a saison/Citra hop IPA hybrid, and very good.
