India Saison is the hoppy, crisp and refreshing result of a north south collaboration. Classic Belgian malts and yeast, pungent Australian new hop varieties and clean Norwegian water. Served chilled and enjoy with cheeses and charcuterie. This product is bottle conditioned and has a slight sediment at the bottom of the bottle.

I really enjoyed this collaboration. It has some rough metallic flavor notes at first but when it warms upped it really shone. Nice amount of that floral/grassy Australian hop character. The alcohol is masked quite well.

Draft at the Belgian Cafe. Poured cloudy yellow with thin white head and lacing. Notes of citrus, pineapple, pine, little bit of pepper, not much saison yeast funk though. Pretty solid bitterness.

Little cloudy orange beer, big frothy white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: spices, quite some ripe exotic fruits, resin, some peaches, citrus, grapefruit, bit peppery. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: quite a lot of citrus, spices, bit yeasty, bitter hops, piny, somewhat fruity. Aftertaste: bitter hops, grapefruit, citrus, bit chemical, some yeast, grassy, dry bitter ending with still some exotic fruits coming through, long lasting medicinal bitterness.

Draught at Brauwerij Lane. Big head and great sheet lace on this clear straw yellow beer. Very strong hop aromas of mango and hay. The flavor is bitter herbal and dusy. It has a rich long heavy finish after a light and dry start. Interesting and a good hop fix...more of an IPA.

Tap @ Mikkeller Bar, Cph. Pours murky yellow with a small, staying, creamy, white head. Aroma has citrus, soft butter, a touch og biscuits. Highish carbonation, fine dry and warming mouth. Flavour has citrus, apples, oranges, soft maltiness. Very dry finish with lots of doughy malts.

Bottle. Pours light hazy yellow orange with a fluffy head. Aroma is spicy and citric, quite a hop presence, herbal, tangy and a touch dank, with a nice belgian yeast note. Flavor is much the same, bursting with tangy citrus and belgian spice from start to finish, bitterness is biting along with a nice floral and fruity note. Medium body and a crisp carbonation. Good beer
