India Saison is the hoppy, crisp and refreshing result of a north south collaboration. Classic Belgian malts and yeast, pungent Australian new hop varieties and clean Norwegian water. Served chilled and enjoy with cheeses and charcuterie. This product is bottle conditioned and has a slight sediment at the bottom of the bottle.

UPDATED: JAN 19, 2013 Very foamy beer with lots of hops. Floral aroma. Definitely for the drinkers that likes a dry beer. It’s refreshing and definitely one of my favorites from Nøgne Ø.

Bottle sample. Turbid straw color, huge white head. Hoppy nose (pine), with lots of citrus notes, bright floral hops and yeast. Med-hi bitterness, nice hop flavors, light caramel and some soap. Medium bodied, dry and quite nice.

Gylden og godt med skum som er tett og varer lenge. Lukt av tropiske frukter og litt gress. En frisk smak, både tørr og litt søtlig i avslutningen. En spennende øl som nok kler den varmere årstiden.

500 ml bottle. Lovely aroma, but not too heavy. Nice flavour of sweetness, bitterness and some fruit. Lovely-looking, and a tasty big foam.

Bottle 0,5l. Large white head and lively carbonation. Aroma: Get out of town! Lemongrass, citrus and a little acidic. Taste of lemongrass, citrus, wheat and lemon. A little acidic. Great beer with a few a few unforseen suprises. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle 0,5l. Pretty big white head. Light light hay color. Volcano carbonated. Pear, citrus, apples and grain for aroma. Quite acidic in the nose. Taste of grass, flowers and wheat. A couple of surprises in there. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: NOV 10, 2012 Bit explosive, but still poured a nice hazy orange body and big stable soapy white head. Bottle sais to have it with cheese and charcuterie and I did exactly that. Fresh aroma, orange and citrus, barnyard yeast and a light malty base to support it. Dry palate, heavy but very pleasant carbonation. Good amount of bitterness, very rich flavours. Wow! So non-Belgians can also make amazing saisons? A revelation. And, quite bizar, tasted in Paris... Great brew, quality and interesting. (Bottle at Brewberry)

0,5l bottle. Pours hazy pale golden with a awesome head. The aroma from this beer is so awesome, fresh hops and blegian yeast in perfect matrimony. The same goes for the flavors. One of my top 10 favorites!

Norway’s farmhouse interpretation. Pours hazy yellow with a crispy white head. Perfect balance of the styles. I like it
