India Saison is the hoppy, crisp and refreshing result of a north south collaboration. Classic Belgian malts and yeast, pungent Australian new hop varieties and clean Norwegian water. Served chilled and enjoy with cheeses and charcuterie. This product is bottle conditioned and has a slight sediment at the bottom of the bottle.

Tap @ Mikkeller Bar, Cph. Pours murky yellow with a small, staying, creamy, white head. Aroma has citrus, soft butter, a touch og biscuits. Highish carbonation, fine dry and warming mouth. Flavour has citrus, apples, oranges, soft maltiness. Very dry finish with lots of doughy malts.

Bottle. Pours light hazy yellow orange with a fluffy head. Aroma is spicy and citric, quite a hop presence, herbal, tangy and a touch dank, with a nice belgian yeast note. Flavor is much the same, bursting with tangy citrus and belgian spice from start to finish, bitterness is biting along with a nice floral and fruity note. Medium body and a crisp carbonation. Good beer

Bottle. Pours a great hazy straw yellow with a super sticky frothy white head. Aroma of sweeter biscuit, floral and lightly fruity. Flavor follows, but maybe a bit cleaner, very clean, excellent moderate bitterness, very dry, this is absolutely fantastic! One of the best beers I’ve had in a while. Lots of carbonation which I usually don’t like but it works very well here.

500ml bottle in a tulip. Pours cloudy golden with a fluffy, off-white head. Aroma of citrusy and piney hops, caramel malts, and some light fruits and spices. Flavor the same, with a lot of hops. Average texture. A really good saison.

On tap at Håndverkern in Oslo. It poured a hazy yellow liquid with a white fluffy head. Taste and smell of yeast, fruits and freshly cut grass. Very nice mix between yeast and hops.

This beer is a cloudy yellow color with a very thick and foamy white head that dissipates slowly. Small patches of lacing on the glass. The aroma consists of citrus, yeast and malt. Medium-bodied with a somewhat soft texture and flavors of sweet citrus, yeast, pale malt and a touch of floral hops. The finish is fruity with a yeast aftertaste. Above average overall.

Difficult to judge from the one brewed in Aussie - both are equally fruity, punchy and quite exquisite. A crisp, hoppy dry finish completes what is a satisfying and drinkable collab. Clean and smooth body.

Draught at Copenhagen Ølfestival 2012. Hazy golden color. Strong citrus and lemon grass aroma. Dry clovey, lemony and bitter flavor with with bitter orange and herbal chamomile. Clovey spiciness and hop are not a perfect match here but still this is fairly nice refreshing dry ale.

Bottle. Pours out a slightly hazy light golden color with a huge, pillowy white head. Aroma is of fruity saison yeast, nice citrus bitterness. and mild funk. Taste is clean, some nice citrus notes, melon, light funk, dry fruity yeast and a nice lingering bitterness on the finish. Really liked this one.
