COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
India Saison is the hoppy, crisp and refreshing result of a north south collaboration. Classic Belgian malts and yeast, pungent Australian new hop varieties and clean Norwegian water. Served chilled and enjoy with cheeses and charcuterie. This product is bottle conditioned and has a slight sediment at the bottom of the bottle.

Not being a massive fan of saisons, i was intrigued by this one as it has big hops married with the belgian yeast. The result is fantastic. fresh tropical fruit and bubblegummy bananas are all over this. really refreshing too. great beer.

Fad> Lysegul diset ’l med et fint skumhoved. Duften er meget humlet og let krydret. Citrus og friske sommerblomster. Smagen sidder lige i skabet. Dejlig ’l.

Bottle: Golden straw, moderate haze, frothy white head, nice lacing. Hoppy nose, faint floral note. Very carbonated, strong floral notes albeit dull, hoppy but not bright. Spritzy on the tongue. Body and mouthfeel are moderate. Not big on either an IPA or a saison, but at least well balanced. Seems light on both halves, but decent.

Bottle 50cl, a cloudy copper-amber beer with huge head and good lacing. Nose is on exotic fruit aromatic hops with brettanomyce kind of notes. Aroma is very bitter with grassy, lemony and exotic fruit notes, light coconut notes, finish is dry with grassy, floral, very bitter with grape notes. Kind of Orval with american aromatic hops.

500ml bottle from WInooski Beverage. Partly hazy light orange with a huge white head that eventually settles down Interesting combination of citrus, light funk and farmhouse, some honey, some malt and a hint of lemon. Moderate body, initially high carbonation which eventually settles down, somewhat sweet, definite citrus and light other fruit, becomes very dry and quite bitter towards the end. Very tasty and worth trying.

Bottle from Stirchley Wines, Birmingham. Pours a beautiful light amber, with a big dollop of white fluff. Smells as dry as a bone, with some white wine qualities. It’s marvellous. Super dry as it enters your mouth, with a hint of funk; then the hops emerge: super bitter, but lightly crisp. There is a bit of Belgian yeast on the finish too. An excellent experiment, which is flavoursome and refreshing.

Translucent orange with a big pillowy off white head Aroma is very fruity. Yeasty esters and tropical hop notes Flavor is very interesting. Belgian malt and yeast early transitioning to fruity hop bite in the finish. Dry and nice. Excellent.

Bottled. Hazy pale golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is floral hops along with some mild farmyard, earth and spices. Flavour is sweet fruity and floral notes with some mild earth, spices and quite herbal notes as well. Also some mild yeastyness as well as citrusy notes. Quite balanced and tasty. good IPA meets Saison.
