India Saison is the hoppy, crisp and refreshing result of a north south collaboration. Classic Belgian malts and yeast, pungent Australian new hop varieties and clean Norwegian water. Served chilled and enjoy with cheeses and charcuterie. This product is bottle conditioned and has a slight sediment at the bottom of the bottle.

Wersja beczkowa.

Bottle purchased at Aficionado’s. Clear gold pour with a huge white head. Aroma of malt, earthy hop and some herb. Malty flavor with earthy hops, herbs and pine before an orangy finish.

Hazy orange body, white huge head. Aroma has lots of pungent hoppiness, some grainy caramel and yeast. Pretty hopped for saison.. flavour is bit harsh, with all the bitterness. Very nice beer. Saison can’t be detected in this one but otherwise ok.

Bottle. Light gold, thick but frothy white head, clear. Aroma is a mix of citrus and spices (pepper). Taste is bitter, bit sour, but perfectly balanced. Highly drinkable, nice choice for hot days.

Bottle from Beermoth, Manchester. Hazy, pale straw colour. Big, bubbly, white head. Yeast. White pepper. Hint of strawberry. Hint of peach. Taste is fresh, yeasty and dry. Then the bitterness kicks in. This is like a Saison Dupont, with a slug of fresh grapefruit juice thrown in. Which can’t be a bad thing...

Bottiglia 50 cl, comprata da giangaspero frutta e verdura e bevuta a casa. Chiara con copiosa schiuma persistente. Saison iper luppolata. A tratti eccessiva. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhold

On tap at Falling Rock. Orange and hazy with a nice white head and lacing. Aroma of funky yeast, earthy hops, tropical notes and citrus fruit. Similar flavor, medium hop bitterness, yeasty, light zesty, pretty smooth and refreshing. Light to medium body, a little thin. Pretty good.
