COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
India Saison is the hoppy, crisp and refreshing result of a north south collaboration. Classic Belgian malts and yeast, pungent Australian new hop varieties and clean Norwegian water. Served chilled and enjoy with cheeses and charcuterie. This product is bottle conditioned and has a slight sediment at the bottom of the bottle.

Botella de 50 cl. 7.5 vol. En casa en agosto de 2013. Cuerpo medio. Genial combinación de una Ipa con una Saison. Amargor y acidez muy bien combinados no destacando excesivamente ninguno por encima del otro. Recomendable.

Draft at Beer Temple. Pours hazy yellow golden with a big white head. Aroma is funky bretty, citrus, grapefruit and over general fruitiness. Flavour is light moderate sweet and over moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Pours very murky dull amber with a huge fluffy head. The aroma has stone fruit, tropical fruit, dark bread, mushiness, overripe peaches and spice. It has a medium / light body that seems lush at first, but comes across as sharper as a huge amount of carbonation overtakes everything. The flavor starts off with spicy / fruity hops, earthy rustic saison notes, anise, dried apricots and spice. The finish has some sulfur and is very dry. There is a nice spicy / fruit / earthy hops presence that lingers. If the carbonation was taken down a couple notches this would have been even better, but quite nice as it is.

50cl. Bottle. Pours hazy pale yellow with white head. Aroma citrus, floral, grapefruit, pine, earthy. Taste strong grapefruit barnyard like bitter, light sweet, tiny sour. Mouth-feel creamy, dry. Great Saison, love the hop character.

Great beer. Strong smell of horseblanket and it indeed tastes like a barnyard. This may sound nasty, but it’s a great beer. Very earthy, fruity, grassy and dry.

UPDATED: DEC 28, 2013 Flott utseende, lys gul med høyt hvitt skum. Skummet sitter i lenge! Gjær, kjeks, grapefrukt, humle og friske sitrusfrukter på nesen. Skarp friskhet i smaken, sitron, grapefrukt og malt. God bitterhet i ettersmaken, lang ettersmak av grapefrukt. Medium konsistens.

Had at Sheraton 4 Points LAX 500 ML bottle Hazy yellow color. Firm, tight white head. good lacing and body to head. Nose is bread, grapefruit, pine, and grass. Taste is grassy with grapefruit notes and bread. More towards the malt side I thought. Crisp and clean, very dry with touches of grass. Not as good as the Bridge Roads version. far more complex

Draft @ Wildeman. Aroma is nice bretty fruity hoppy, light grassy/earthy. Flavour has a nice red fruit bretty note, fruity hops, dry, but not too much. Exactly what you’d expect. In a good way.
