India Saison is the hoppy, crisp and refreshing result of a north south collaboration. Classic Belgian malts and yeast, pungent Australian new hop varieties and clean Norwegian water. Served chilled and enjoy with cheeses and charcuterie. This product is bottle conditioned and has a slight sediment at the bottom of the bottle.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein leicht trübes goldgelbes Bier mit viel Schaum und viel Co2. Geruch hefig fruchtig, würzig, exotische Früchte. Geschmack sehr würzig, hefig ,fruchtig süß.

Brown 0.5L bottle 7.5% pours a huge off white head on slightly hazy light yellow golden body, visible carbonation, dotty and fluffy lacings. Scents of caramel, lemon and lime, hops, very fresh. Tastes roasted caramel malts, hops, fresh lemon, hints of grapefruit peel, tiny yeast. Fresh fruity on palate, alright body, Finishes with roasted fruity malts, hints of citrus peel, fruit juice stuff, lingering a bit. Overall fresh n tasty beer. #901 BBF14dec14 b@vinmonopolet, tasted@home.

Bottle from Kris Wines. Light yellow golden colour, big head and decent carbonation. Lovely aroma, promising fruity hop with a hint of yeasty funk. Big flavours, floral and fruity, bitter finish. Superbly balanced and hugely drinkable. This one was really good.

Pours pale, muddy yellow to orange with white, intense soapy top. Aroma - most wonderfull, complex - light malt sweetness mixes with yeast sour and leather tones plus hoppy lime, greipfruit, resin tones - interesting. Tastes tiny sweet plus fresh hops average+ bitter. Medium bodied, dry finish, more than watery thickness texture. I started to like saisons cause of unique yeast qualities, but this brew extents category with even more complexity, so liked.

Pours a lightly hazy golden with a bubbly white lacing head. Aroma of Brett, citrusy notes, tropical fruits and overall just kind of that funkiness we have come to expect from breweries like Jolly Pumpkin and Prairie. Flavor of earthy and spicy saison yeast, Brett, earthy and citrusy hop notes. Some pineapple.

Bottle. Deep gold and clear, when poured with care. Thick, white head. Long-lasting, good lacing. Aroma of stable and barnyard, no aromas of Australian hops at all. Sour and earthy, with a slight taste of alcohol. A bit sticky. Very good beer.
