India Saison is the hoppy, crisp and refreshing result of a north south collaboration. Classic Belgian malts and yeast, pungent Australian new hop varieties and clean Norwegian water. Served chilled and enjoy with cheeses and charcuterie. This product is bottle conditioned and has a slight sediment at the bottom of the bottle.

on tap at braukunst live 2014 at my favourite stall for the day. lightly hazed orange colour with a lasting white head; aroma of chalk, haybale, lemon menthol; some fresh grassiness, lemon meringue, green pepper, good whack of bitterness; interesting and unpredictable but still clean

Draught at Beer Temple, Amsterdam. Orange, hazy body, with a big, creamy, rocky, white head. Aroma of yeast, citrus, apple, orange, spices, grass, some bubblegum and candy like sweetness. Taste is bitter, sour, spicy and dry, but still smooth because of the good balance, with about the same aromas. Mouthfeel is medium, creamy, with almost no carbonation and it finishes bitter, dry, spicy and a bit sour. Very good! Refreshing, crisp and both Belgian spicy and hoppy citric.

Draught @ BeerTemple, Amsterdam. Like a summer meadow: grassy, buttercups, little piss... Nice full head, hazy yellow. Heavy hop finish. Nice!

Bottle into glass, bought @ Centrala Piwna, Poznań. Review from beginning of June. Hoppy aroma, citrus fruits mixed with belgian aroma - very enjoyable. Pours clear yellow with rich, white head. Medium bitterness, a bit spicy. Drinkable beer - hard to believe it’s 7.5%. Amazing stuff - would love to drink it again.

Clear sense of hop in the aroma and lotmore in the taste. Very good body and appearance. Thin ringed foam. Very very good beer.

Very tall thick, white, long lasting head. Aroma citrusy, grapefruity, lemony, fresh, hoppy. Taste: nice long bitterness. Honey sweetness and of course typical sourness. Again lemon and grapefruit. Dry.

UPDATED: JAN 6, 2015 citrusy, quite hoppy aroma as in grapefruit and grass, belgian yeast esters. I poured the first half in one glass, the other half in another, and it felt like two completely different beers, the first one a very balanced ipa with some belgian yeast inputs, the second one like a hoppier saison with very prominent yeast. The yeast gives a very slight tartness and vinous note, and has a bubblegum character, gives the beer a bit fuller taste but still a refreshing beer with the vinous note and the grassy hoppyness.

Another good saison. Tons of fruity floral earthy yeast. Hops are crisp citrus and resinous. Unique stuff that I would drink regularly if available.
