COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
India Saison is the hoppy, crisp and refreshing result of a north south collaboration. Classic Belgian malts and yeast, pungent Australian new hop varieties and clean Norwegian water. Served chilled and enjoy with cheeses and charcuterie. This product is bottle conditioned and has a slight sediment at the bottom of the bottle.

(50 cl bottle from Den Nordiske Ølhandel; Batch #755; BBD; January 25th 2017) Pours a slightly hazy amber, with frothy, white head and lively carbonation. Beautiful lacework, good retention and decent regeneration. Aroma is fresh and vinous with notes of saison yeast and some tropical fruits. Oily texture, medium body with a moderately bitter and astringent finish. Flavour follows the nose but has more herbal hoppy bitterness. An exciting and pleasant beer although I would prefer it with a little less ABV and hop bitterness and ever so slightly more aromatic hops. I guess the aroma would be more hop forward had I gotten it fresher. This one was brewed 12 months ago already.

Pours brown-yellow with a white head. Smells of brown sugar, caramel and citrus. You can definitely taste the hops in this one. Oily texture with a lively carbonation. Very long, bitter finish.

Aroma of citrus, funky yeast, tropical notes, floral notes, fresh grassy hops. Flavour is light sweet and light tart, leading to a long bitter finish. Interesting and quite tasty.

(old) bottle at home. Poured a clear amber with slight short lived white head. Nose is fresh, lively raspberry leaves with low hoppy notes. Tastes strongly bitter with long influence. OK

Light citrus and spice aroma. Pours a hazy honeyed colour with a light white head that dissipates quickly. Soft at the start, then very bitter with mild carbonation.

Bottled. 30cl sample. The aroma has citrus, some spicy tones, bit earthy and leather yeast tones. Hazy, yellow coloured with a big foamy, white head. The taste is light-moderate bitter, has biscuity malts. citric fruity hoppiness and earthy yeast. Medium bodied. Medium+ carbonation. Medium-heavy on the stomach. Not an easy drinker, but quite refreshing. Enjoyed it.

Massiv doft av tallkåda, granskott och grape. Inte mycket kryddor i denna saison. Mer en IPA. Men mixen funkar. Heja Nögne!

50 cl bottle @ home. Pours hazy yellow with some sediment and a huge white head that leaves a lot of lacing. Aroma and flavour are citrus, pine, spices, herbs, and yeast - with a dry finish.

Bottle, 50cL. Home. Batch 901. October 28th 2014. Best before December 14th 2014 ! A brown orange opaque beer with a big white creamy head. Good retention. Aroma of tropical fruits, citrus, smoke, herbs and biscuit. Medium sweet and medium refreshing bitter. Medium body, silky texture, good to average carbonation, dry bitter finish. Overall, a great colorful strange "saison". A mix of style. Why not !

Hazy orange, thick and frothy white head. Fruity citrus, mild but clear horse aroma. Similar flavour, juicy with a good, sweetish and malty background. Dry and bitter with smooth, fluffy mouthfeel.
