On tap. Pours a cloudy opaque orangey golden with a yellowish/beige head. Interesting aroma of fresh tropical fruits - oranges included. Medium body with a lightly sweet fruitiness at first, somewhat minerally with a subdued whiff of yeast. Everything is relieved by a distinct bitterness in the finish. More IPA than Saison. 291011

Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival. Cloudy pale amber, coarse head. Minty black currant aroma. Sweet and full bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Pears and black currant from the hops go well with the marzipan-like yeast character. Mid bitter finish.

Borefts Beer Festival 3. Gold beer, cloudy. Tidy cream coloured head. Light semi dry palate. Nice estery pineapple hops, pineapple cube sweets. A little mango. Mild herby bitterness. Semi dry finish. The only Stella hop beer I have had where the pineapple smell of the hop translated in to a clear pineapple flavour. Nice!

Cloudy blond color. Very nice fruity aroma. Dry mouthfeel. The flavor is a bit vegetable, but still with some good hop components. Spicy.
Pleasant idea.

2012-04-01, draught at Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen, 8-4-7-4-15=38
Hazy golden color. Wonderful fruity aroma, tropical fruits, some passion fruit; very fresh; finally some spicy yeast as well. Good spicy malt flavor, with some dry toffee, and a lot of oily hops; some pine needles too; spicy and bitter finish. Very good.,
