3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Süßlicher, intensiv rauchiger Antrunk. Whiskeynoten, sonst erstaunlich süffig, hellmalzig. Nicht einmal vollmundig aber natürlich durchgehend vom Rauch geprägt. 7/11/11/12//12

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
250ml bottle pours a hazy golden brownish color with a small white head leaving almost no lacing. Aroma is dominated by peat and smoke. Taste is smoky with a herbal hop bitterness and malty sweetness. Medium body with light carbonation. This brew is a definite sipper, but it is quite drinkable.

Pours a hazy golden amber with a thin white head. Aroma is smoke and peat. Flavour is peaty and smoke with a mild-medium bitterness. I actually really enjoyed this "almost un-drinkable" beer!

3.9 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Undrinkable? Hardly. Being a fan of Yeastie Boys Rex Attitude this is a much more toned version. I actually think this beer is very drinkable hence the score.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Hazy tan, thin head. Aroma is an epic blast from Port Ellen. Rich, so chewy and dense, absolutely unbalanced. Not a bad thing.... There’s even a touch wildness you’re probabl7 supposed to distill out.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle, batch 879. Clear yellow with a small quickly dissipating white head. Not surprisingly the aroma is pretty much peat with some straw/hay like notes. It’s pretty full bodied and somewhat sweet and low on bitterness. Light warming. Good on the palate with soft carbonation and oily texture. Disappointingly undrinkable, I’ll end up finishing this. Didn’t finish it. I tire easily when it come to peat.
