COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Nothing is like celebrating your own milestones. This is a celebration of our 500th batch of ale. It was brewed with joy and splendor; the brewer wore a suit, and a TV station filmed the event. As a base for this ale, we have elected to play with numbers: 5 hops, 100 IBUs, 10% alcohol by volume. Indeed it is an Imperial India Pale Ale. Big and bold. Great for a celebration!

Pours a hazy deep amber color with medium bwige head and lots of sediments. Swet aroma, caramel, bread, overriped fruits, but algo mango, white grape and citrus. Taste follows the aroma, sweet and hoppy, caramel, biscuit, citrus and grapes, finishing with a strong bitterness on the aftertaste.

Lore (2169) - Budapest, HUNGARY - MAY 27, 2016
hazy orange to amber colour, medium sized, dense yellowish head;aroma of overripe fruits like mango, some peach, grape, maybe grapefruit, too, marmalade, caramel biscuit, honey and some resins; taste is dominated by syrupy sweetness with overripe fruits, honey and some resiny notes; despite the intensive syrupy sweetness, both the hoppy bitterness and some alcoholic notes can also be felt; amazing IIPA! not a devastating hop-bomb, but still a perfect one! I think, I’m falling in love :-)
