Draught @ BBF2011. Hazy golden pour, thick white head. Aroma of Chinese spices and tea. Flavor is dry, watery and spicy. Reminds me of nasi goreng. Intriguing.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Sampled at Borefts Beer Festival @ De Molen, Bodegraven. Lcear yellow color, white head. Don’t smell much, just some refreshing lemon. Taste is fresh with slightly sour hints. Too much carbonation in my opinion.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
On draught at the Boreft Beer Festival, 2011. Lemongrass is not something I usually enjoy in a beer and, sadly, this is no exception. A little thin with a light caramel malt backbone. Mild carbonation and CO2 prickle.

Pale straw. White head, little lacing. Musty sweet aroma, grassy. No lemon. Tastes like tea and bitter hops. Astringent, dry, not especially good.

On tap at BBF ’11. Hazy yellow colour, white head. Aroma of lemongrass, but a bit too much, smells like toilet refreshener, light grainy, light hoppy. Flavour is fresh, lemon, lemongrass, toilet refreshener, bitter lemon finish. Light bodied. OK.
