Asian Pale Ale is a light and refreshing ale. It has generous amounts of lemongrass, added late in the brewing process to ensure that we capture its light, crisp and tangy aromas. This beer work well as a thirst quenching beverage, as well as paired with asian food, salads and light meat dishes. We recommend to pour cautiously to leave the natural sediments behind. Recommended serving temperature 8 deg C / 47 deg F. Ingredients: Malted barley, malted wheat, hops, lemongrass, English ale yeast and our local Grimstad water. Recommended serving temperature 8 deg C / 47 deg F

bottle @ home. Pours an almost clear golden to orange liquid with a lasting, creamy, small bubbled white head. The aroma is dry with distinct lemongrass, lemon, pine needle, wheat, toast, oranges, hints of gooseberry and white pepper. Pleasant! Smooth texture with average carbonation. Flavor is dry and moderate bitter with lemon, pepper, wheay, hay, toast, pine needles, white fruits. Lasting, balanced bitterness.

500ml bottle (thanks FatPhil). Clear dark golden color. Small size, bubbly white head, stays. Lovely citrus, bit of soap, sweetish, perfume, pine needles in aroma. Light citrus, light pine, sweetish malts in taste. Citrusy hops in aftertaste. Medium carbonation. Light thirst quencher.

Pleasant citrussy aroma, quite lemony. Light palate, pleasant carbonation. Lemongrass very clear in the taste, but not too spikey. Light malts, a bit of soapiness too. Refreshing and summery. However, ultimately a bit thin and unsatisfying.

Hazy orange beer, medium to small white head. Nose is tropical fruity, malty, sweet, slightly doughy, citrus. Flavor is citric, bready-malty nose, less sweet than the nose, grapefruity hops and lemongrass in the finish. A bit thin though.

500 ml bottle. Unclear orange copper, lots of sediment, mostly lasting fine white foam. Floral lemon grassy aroma. Taste is quite herbal, floral, lemony citrusy grassy, dry and dusty, slightly soapy, lightly sweet lean malts. Average carbonation, light-medium bodied, moderately hopped. Interesting. Fin gyllen farge med hvitt skum. Lukt av citrus og litt gjær. God og fin kombinasjon av smakene fra citrus humle og sitrongress. God ettersmak.

Bottle - Thanks Martin. I think. Pours very light hazy, with a white head. Aroma of light citrus and spices, wet socks, old gym bag. Taste is cardboard, wet socks, dusty. I hate this.

There is cloudy, orange color. I smell a very strong lemongrass. The aroma is grassy and very dry. It is nice, fresh and surprising beer.
