500ml bottle. Highlky carbonated as the foam starts spewing out of the bottle as soon as the cap comes off. In the glass there is a big cloud of light beige foam that crackles and takes a while to settle. Honey amber in colour with some caramel and butterscotch aromas that are pleasing. Full in the mouth with some nutty flavours coming through. Light on the palate.

0,5 l. bottle, batch nr. 558. Enjoyed with a pasta dish. Clear, light copper colour with a small, white head that lasted throughout. A lot of classic English hops here: Hay, grass and a rustic citrus note. Taste is very refreshing, light bitter with a sweeter, more caramel-like note. Light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation that gives a prickly sensation on the palate. Medium length bitter finish. Very good food pairing as promised on the label - good example of this style.
