Bottle. Blackish brown beer with a light head. The aroma is roasted with some chocolatyness, the flavour is much the same with a maltyness that goes with with the roasted and chocolate aspects of the beer. Overall a nice roasted beer, good bitterness at the finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Brown with tan head. Light yeast and toffee aroma. Flavor is much more intense than aroma. Toffee, light coffee, bit of raisin an rum barrel. Nice creamy finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a hazy brown with no head. The aromas are roasted coffee, dried fruits, and malt. The taste is moderately bitter and sweet, and just slightly sourish tart. The mouthfeel is light and a bit thin, and well carbonated. This beer isn’t all that good on its own, but it has a fantastic ability to pair well with pretty much anything you’re eating.

Mørk brun med ok beige skum. Lukter av malt kaffe, karamell og noe røk. Kaffe preger også smaken sammen med noe sødme. Medium fylde og relativ kort ettersmak.

50cl bottle from Vinmonopolet Kiellandsplass, Oslo. Pours hazy dark brown with a small, tan head. Mild malty aroma with some roasty notes, caramel, dark fruits and hints of fruits and Belgian yeast. Medium sweet with pleasant, but quite mild flavours. Some bitterness in the finish. Nothing wrong, but a bit anonymous. Pretty sure it would work well to food.

w aromacie sporo karmelu, kakao, czekolada, orzechy, całkiem przyjemnie.

Brown 0.5L bottle 6% , dark brown foggy body , tan film. Chocolate malts to the nose, some hops, eggs, hints of yeast. Surprisingly mild taste, carefully roasted chocolate malts, caramel notes, floury modest bitterness under it. Seems fruity on palate, don’t know which fruit, mealy, alright body, suitable carbonation. Aftertaste lingers a bit, dark sweet chocolate, malts, sweet fruity grains. Nice indeed. May be go well along with deserts, confectionery, cakes, or just as a nice drink instead of bock or porter. #816B tapped220512 BBF22may15 b@vinmonopolet, tasted@home.

Bottle. Pours hazy coffee brown with airy light tan head. Clear aroma of coffee, malt, and fruit. Bitter, roasty flavour, with notes of hops, coffee, malt and liquorice, and hints of fruit. Bitter aftertaste. Lively carbonation. A nice one.
