COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Resultatet ser du her: en Dobbel IPA.

A guest brew by Toshi Ishii from Yo-Ho Brewing, 100 IBU.

From gravity cask. Pours cloudy deep orange to light brown with a bubbly off-white head. Solid hoppy and slight liqourice aroma. Flavour is dense hoppy with a lingering liqourice note. Mild to subdued sweetness. Dry and mild fruity. Dry and fruity into the far finish.

(Cask) Very hazy reddish brown with a small head. Strong aroma of (straw)berries and aromatic hops. Initially smooth and fruity flavor turns very bitter in the middle, and the finish is fruity again. Medium to full body, low carbonation. A berry-fruity, dangerously drinkable, hop-kicking, pleasant double ipa. Something between the regular IPA and #100, but feels fresher overall - probably since the absence of yeast.
