3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20Pours from the bottle a very heavy murky brown-amber color with a big, creamy, off-white head that sticks around for a long time. The beer is so murky that it almost has a slurry appearance. Aroma has a mild citrus note but a very strong caramel and toffee sweetness. A mild spicy noble hops presence is also detected but not until late in the sniffing. Flavor has an early light piny hops flavor which moves into a lemon citrus hops flavor. Later a light toasted malt flavor emerges but quickly moves to a very sweet caramel and toffee presence. Body is pretty heavy with a very rich sugary texture. Overall a very interesting brew with a ton of different flavors occurring all at once. The toffee flavor from the malt really works well with the light piny and strong lemon citrus flavors. Good beer.

Aroma is rather nice with lots of hops, exotic fruits, caramel and grapefruit. Flavour is also rather hoppy with exotic fruits, grapefruit, caramel, some resin and pine needles. Very bitter finish with growing grapefruit aromas. Excellent, I love the extreme hops here

Pours cloudy , wooden brown with a huge, whipped , slow, light tan head.
Scent is initially spray paint....sweetly candied.
Taste is sweet, caramel, bold fruits, malt, spice.
A very subtle bitter for a purported 100 IBU.....
Creamy, resiny.
Alcohol is noticable only after about halfway...then just a bit of fumes..
VERY nice stuff!

Deep amber color out of the bottle with a large, foamy off white head. Sweet nose with sheets of hop resin. Flavors of pineapple, candied grapefruit rinds, mandarin orange with a hard candy sweetness. It reminds me of marmalade on toast. Nice warming alcohol sense to it. A little aggressive on the tongue, but otherwise a nice IIPA. I’ve had this bottle a while, and it has a nice patina over all the flavors.

Pours hazy orange color with a large foamy head. Aroma of hops, lots of them, fruits, grass and some caramel aswell. Flavor of fruits, hops, caramel, some lemon notes and some herbal notes. Excellent.
