COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hops- the best there is in this world! Well, almost. This is a hop driven beer. A beer where it is all about hops. But what kind of hops? We just couldn’t decide which, and used hops from all over the world; England, Slovenia, New Zealand, Czech Republic, USA, Germany and Australia. A total of 13 different types of hops. It does not get better than this!

Pours a slightly hazy orange/golden color, topped with a decent beige head - very decent retention. A pleasantly mild but obvious fruity aroma. The taste starts sweet and fruity, following the nose, finishing with a decent, but not too strong bitterness. Very drinkable. Like it.

Prachtige bitter, mooie hop, aantrekkelijk uiterlijk. Nogne toont zich weer met klasse.

Golden brown, opaque with nice white foam. Well aromatic, although the smell is that of a typical pale ale. The taste is also very pure cultivated PA. No surprises, but good at what it does.

CapFlu (4548) - Victoria, British Columbia, CANADA - OCT 4, 2014
Pours a small white frothy head that dissipated to the edges, while the body is a cloudy, sediment-filled orange body. Nose of composted blood oranges, somewhat musky and hosting an Irish Red malt background. Flavour is rather tart, front of marmalade, citrus rind and a dirty finish. There’s a ton of flavour packed into this 4.5% beer. Good. Purchased at Metro Liquors in Saanich for ~$7.60 per bottle.

Off white foamy full lasting head. Amber colour. Aroma is hoppy with light apple and apricot notes. Flavor is hoppy with apricot and light plumes tones, ending in an hoppy finish. Light to medium bodied.

From tap at The Hoppy pub Thessaloniki. Hazy golden color with nice white head. Aroma is mostly hoppy, grassy, floral and citrusy, slightly malty. Taste is sweet and hoppy (like the aroma) bitter. Medium body, oily feel, average carbonation .

Boutielle 50cl, batch#1148, BB 21/03/2015, bottled 21/03/2014. Light gusher.

Unclear orange with fluffy tan head. Nice lacing. Aroma is pine, tropical fruit, strawberry jam, citrus, caramel and floral. Very complex aroma for this ABV. Palate is round and fruity. Aftertaste is dry, fruity, grassy, dank and lingering fresh hop bitterness. Overall: Excellent. Probably the best supermarket beer in Norway. Very impressive considering the amount of different hops. Nøgne Ø clearly knows how to create great beers.

Bottle. Opaque, deep golden color, lasting white head. Dry, slightly metallic hoppy aroma. Bitter, hoppy flavor with resin and grapefruit. Medium-light body, medium carbonation. Bit too hoppy for my taste, but a quality product considering the ABV.
