COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hops- the best there is in this world! Well, almost. This is a hop driven beer. A beer where it is all about hops. But what kind of hops? We just couldn’t decide which, and used hops from all over the world; England, Slovenia, New Zealand, Czech Republic, USA, Germany and Australia. A total of 13 different types of hops. It does not get better than this!

UPDATED: JUN 29, 2014 Decent IPA. Love the variety of hops, it really brings a unique citrus flavour and good balance to this beer.

Big, white head, long lasting with nice lacing. Aroma of tropical fruits, citrus and pine, very rich and strong smell. It has maltiness too. Flavour is quite the same. Very citrussy, grassy with a touch of mango and english hops dried fruits. Good malt profile (bread, caramel). Carbonation is too high but if you pour it agressively, it becomes quite enjoyable. High drinkability, very refreshing. It is quite dry, sweetness is very low. Bitterness show up in the end. It is sour like fresh citrus fruits. 4,5% but still rich and good beer.

500ml brown bottle. Golden and hazy appearance. Soapy looking and airy white head on top with thin lacing. Nose has oranges, fruity ntoes, earthy. Taste has toasty malt, earthy notes, caramel, tropical hops, late bitterness. Finishes toasty, lingering hop mix, some tropical notes. Good.

Litt uklar oransje farge med et hvit skum, skummet hang godt i glassveggen. Aroma av malt, gress, sitrus og furunål. Smaken følger aroma, men her fremhever grapefrukten seg. Fin munnfølelse og en fin bitterhet i avslutningen.

My Bottom Line:
Citrus fruit and coniferous resins thrive in this lean and prickly New World Pale Ale.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A dollop of foam laces all the way down the misty orange-hued blond.
-Mouthfeel is slender enough to enhance drinkability.
-Cereals clearly appear under the hoppy festivities.
-Carbonation feels artificial but still works with the refreshing flavor profile.
-Resinous bitterness is salient.

Bottle.

Tap at Mikkeller Bangkok on the tap takeover/meet the brewer evening. Poured a hazy medium amber with a thin broken white head and lots of broken lace. The aroma is tropical fruit citrus malt. The flavour is medium bitter with a light dry spicy pepper hop palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

500ml bottle pours a slightly hazy golden orange color with a finger and a half of white head that leaves some nice lacing on the glass. Aroma is grassy, citrus and pine with some herbal notes. Taste is a lemony sourness with a grainy malt sweetness. Not up to standards, Let’s go hard core!

Medium-light aroma with a hint of yeasty bitterness, sweet fruits and apricot. Brown-golden color with hazy liquid and large white head. Strong, very hoppy taste with some bitterness, fruits and a bit of malts and citrus. Averagely balanced. Narrow-medium taste spectrum. Medium-long aftertaste with hops and fruits. Light-medium palate with medium-high carbonation. Overall quite fresh beer that higher carbonation suits. Too much hops when compared to taste.
