3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Litt uklar oransje farge med et hvit skum, skummet hang godt i glassveggen. Aroma av malt, gress, sitrus og furunål. Smaken følger aroma, men her fremhever grapefrukten seg. Fin munnfølelse og en fin bitterhet i avslutningen.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
My Bottom Line:
Citrus fruit and coniferous resins thrive in this lean and prickly New World Pale Ale.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A dollop of foam laces all the way down the misty orange-hued blond.
-Mouthfeel is slender enough to enhance drinkability.
-Cereals clearly appear under the hoppy festivities.
-Carbonation feels artificial but still works with the refreshing flavor profile.
-Resinous bitterness is salient.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Tap at Mikkeller Bangkok on the tap takeover/meet the brewer evening. Poured a hazy medium amber with a thin broken white head and lots of broken lace. The aroma is tropical fruit citrus malt. The flavour is medium bitter with a light dry spicy pepper hop palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
500ml bottle pours a slightly hazy golden orange color with a finger and a half of white head that leaves some nice lacing on the glass. Aroma is grassy, citrus and pine with some herbal notes. Taste is a lemony sourness with a grainy malt sweetness. Not up to standards, Let’s go hard core!

2.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Medium-light aroma with a hint of yeasty bitterness, sweet fruits and apricot. Brown-golden color with hazy liquid and large white head. Strong, very hoppy taste with some bitterness, fruits and a bit of malts and citrus. Averagely balanced. Narrow-medium taste spectrum. Medium-long aftertaste with hops and fruits. Light-medium palate with medium-high carbonation. Overall quite fresh beer that higher carbonation suits. Too much hops when compared to taste.

2.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle at home. Batch 996 BBE 12/07/14. Massively over-carbonated. Poured into three separate pint glasses due to excess foaming. Clearest of three three was amber, big white head. Yeasty aromas with a touch of Brett. Pine and tropical fruit from the hops. Taste is bitter and dry. Not there best by some margin.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 10/20
A little disappointed with this one. Tasted good enough but was way over carbonated and word is that most of the stock which came into Perth was like this so guessing it didn’t travel too well which is a surprise because Nogne O is almost always in great condition. Loads of pleasing citric zest and floral notes. Very balanced and goes down super easy. The carbonation issue just ruins a solid beer unfortunately

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
UPDATED: JUL 19, 2014 Pours a hazy and light orange colour, with a white, fluffy head. Lots of sediments floating about, and some carbonation as well. Head has some retention. On the nose there is bread and some citrus fruityness. Mouthfeel is medium light. Flavour is pine, grapefruit, hoppy bitterness. Nice bitter finish. Both refreshing and interesting at the same time. A nice session beer.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle from Asahiya. Serious gusher, with a long slow steady spume crawling out of the botte. Aromas of cookies, yeast, and floor wax. Cloudy orange/amber, with a thick merengue head. Mild citrus/pine hop mix, slightly rough mid palate / overripe dates in finish. Medium body. An infected batch? Not so good. Homebrew-like yeastiness abounds.
