Bottle shared in London - sourced from Etre. Pours oily black with a thick, creamy brown head. Burnt wood in the nose, dry cocoa, roast. Medium sweet flavor with good char and roast, dark chocolate, baking cocoa, some scorched earth, raisins. Medium to full bodied with average, massaging carbonation. Nicely balanced finish, lightly warming, with rich and rounded chocolate, more raisins, leather, char. Excellent stuff.
