COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Fruktl skal vre surt. Ordentlig surt.

Bottle, pours hazy red with fast falling pink head. Aroma of cherries and not much more. In taste high fruity sourness with some background sweetness. Body is very light considering the high abv. Very refreshing, but still it could use some more body and at least some light bitterness in taste. Not bad but I expected much more from a ngne product.

Boutip (5693) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 8, 2016
Bottle: Poured a deep cloudy red color ale with a large pink color foamy head with good retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of fresh cherry notes with some light tart notes and some light funky notes. Taste is a nice mix of fresh cherry notes with some tart notes and light oak with some light residual sugar notes. Body is full with limited filtration and good carbonation. Great mix of refreshing notes of fruits with some nice complexity while avoiding too much acidity.

UPDATED: MAY 6, 2016 From a bottle. Aroma of rasperry and rubarb. Not what I expected as a Kriek. Needs more body. Too much carbonation. Sour but well off when it comes to a proper Belgian Kriek. Nice to taste something differerent and Norwegian.

Draught@Ølhus København, Helsinki. Bright red color, pinkish head. Aromatic fruit aroma. Fairly dry, long (and natural!) cherry flavor. Medium-full body, medium carbonation. Good execution.

Alkohol: 7% obj.
Ekstrakt: 14,5 % wag.
IBU: 25

500ml bottle, thanks to Boutip. Deep red with a frothy strawberry milkshake-like head. Flavors are sweet cherries, lemon, bread dough and vanilla with cherry and strawberry milk/ice cream/yogurt. Good lactic acidity. Medium to full body, moderate carbonation, thick and creamy texture.
