This holiday ale draws its inspiration from Glogg, a Norwegian spiced beverage enjoyed hot in winter. Like Glogg, it goes well with nuts, dried fruits or cookies, but we recommend serving Peculiar Yule at a proper cellar temperature of 55*F. Ingrediants: Maris Otter, Munich, chocolate and crystal malt. Chinook and Cascade hops, ginger, coriander, cardamon, cinnamon, cloves, British ale yeast and our local Grimstad water.
The brewer markets this same or near-same product by more than one names. This can be the result of a brewer distributing this beer under different names in different countries, or the brewer simply changing the name, but not the recipe at different points in time.
